| Obtaining Information | Information with regard to obtaining vital records, marriage and civil union licenses, raffle licenses, liquor licenses, registering as a business under an assumed name, notary commissions, tax redemptions, tax calculations or tax extensions should be directed to the Vital Records Section of the office at 309-672-6059. Questions with regard to elections, voter registrations, economic interest statements and new addresses should be directed to the Elections Sections of the office at 309-672-6070.
