Court Administration: Courtrooms / Court Scheduling
A case must be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk before a hearing may be scheduled.
Court Scheduling is a division of Court Administration which is located in room 215 of the Peoria County Courthouse. They are responsible for scheduling cases in civil courtrooms 210, 213, and 214 as well as scheduling juvenile guardianships of a minor only for Courtroom 423. Cases involving a minor's estate or estate and guardianship should be scheduled through Courtroom 203. Additionally, they set appointments for the Court appointed mediator, Guardian Ad Litem, and the Visitation Center.

Civil courtroom 203 and both divorce courts (322 and 323) utilize direct scheduling through the deputy clerk in the courtroom or via email as follows:

All felony, misdemeanor, traffic, domestic violence and juvenile court cases not already set for hearing are scheduled directly with the deputy clerk of that court.
