Prospective Jurors should use the link below to answer the questionnaires received by mail online.
Your Juror ID is located in the box at the top right corner of the questionnaire you received by mail. Please use this number and the zip code of the address on your questionnaire to log on to the eResponse page. (Use your Juror ID where it asks for Candidate ID.)
Once there you should answer all of the questions to the best of your ability and submit them for the Jury Commission to review. If you are seeking a deferral or to be excused, the Jury Commission will advise you by email if your request has been granted. Be sure to submit a valid email address for the Jury Commission to contact you. Failure for the Jury Commission to contact you due to an invalid email address will not excuse you.
Should you have any questions about filling out your eResponse online questionnaire you may call (309) 672-6076 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday or email the Jury Commission at switt@peoriacounty.org . Be sure to include your Juror ID, your name, your phone number and the reason for your contact in your phone/email message.
