Early Childhood Network will be conducting free developmental screenings for children birth - five years on Thursday, February 23, from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Screenings will be conducted at the Care and Treatment Board office located at 2016 N. Knoxville in Peoria. By participating in a screening, parents will better understand developmental milestones and what to expect during different stages of their child's development.
