All Kids: Free or low-cost health insurance for all uninsured Illinois children and pregnant women - call 679-6608. The state insurance program provides for medical benefits for children age 18 and younger and pregnant women. Staff promotes the state programs and assist families with the application process. All Kids includes several categories of programs for qualified parents and some other adults. The program is administered by the Department of Human Services and payments for services are provided by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services.

MPE: Pregnant women are assisted with obtaining temporary state medical cards through the Medicaid Presumptive Eligibility (MPE) program.
