How Do I Find You?
Directions from downtown: Take Hamilton to Knoxville Rd, make a left on Nebraska and a right on Sheridan Rd. Our facility is on the right. From I-74: Take the University St North exit- (exit number 91B), then turn right onto N University St. Look for Nebraska Ave and take a right, then a turn left onto Sheridan Rd.
How much do your services cost?
Some are free, some have a cost, and others have eligibility guidelines which depend on the program and a number of other factors. The best way to find out is to check our services directory and call the number for the program you're interested in.
What are your hours?
In general, we're open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, except holidays. However, some clinics have extended hours, and individual programs may require appointments. Check our services directory and call the number for the program you're interested in for more details.
