Free mammograms and Pap tests - call 679-6611 for qualifying information and assistance for uninsured women regardless of income. This screening program promotes the awareness and education of breast and cervical health. Eligible women may be referred for no-cost mammograms, Pap tests, diagnostic procedures, and related office visits to local participating providers. Free presentations are available for community groups, employee groups, health fairs, and Women’s Health Bingo are featured. Federal and state money, along with Komen for the Cure - Peoria Memorial Affiliate, assures program services.
