A permit is required to ensure Life, Health and Safety Issues. It is a mechanism to measure compliance with Peoria County Ordinances, proper well & septic permits and construction start and completion dates. Proper land value is assessed and maintained when records are updated from this permit.

A residential building permit form is available on line. This permit form shall be used for single family, two-family and accessory structures.
