At the discretion of the Director of Planning and Zoning, the Building Permit fees listed in this Schedule may be waived for any buildings or structures which were damaged in the June 5, 2010 tornado in Elmwood, Illinois, provided said permits are issued on or before June 5, 2013. Requests regarding the waiver of fees shall be evaluated on a case by case basis and shall only be granted upon the showing of a hardship. (Adopted 7-22-2010 and Expires June 6, 2013)
