State's Attorney's Office: Domestic Violence Division

The Domestic Violence Division handles all cases involving violent acts committed upon household or family members and Violations of Orders of Protection. 

The Domestic Violence Division staff is focused on victims of domestic violence.  Please see the Crime Victims section of our Frequently Asked Questions if you are a victim of domestic violence. 

Domestic Violence cases are heard in Courtroom 321.
