State's Attorney's Office: Felony Prosecution

The Felony Division is responsible for prosecuting felony offenses committed by adults (17 years of age and older) in Peoria County. A felony offense is a crime for which a defendant may be sentenced to a term of incarceration of longer than one year. Felony cases that do not involve Domestic Violence or a Violation of Order of Protection are heard in Courtrooms 221 and 222.
