About the Circuit Clerk
The Circuit Clerk is an elected official with a four-year term. The Circuit Clerk is the keeper of both the seal of the circuit court and the court records, including files and exhibits.

CIVIL DIVISION
The Civil Division prepares and maintains Adoption, Chancery, Divorce, Eminent Domain, Family, Juvenile, Law, Law Magistrate, Mental Health, Misc. Remedy, Order of Protection, Probate, Small Claims, Tax, and Wills.

TRAFFIC DIVISION
Traffic Division maintains all Traffic and DUI cases.

CRIMINAL DIVISION
Criminal Division maintains Civil Law, Conservation Violations, Felony, Misdemeanor, Contempt, Juvenile Delinquency, and Ordinance Violations.
