    • Funding for Retirement Systems Applicable to County Employees
    • Personnel Administration and Policies
    • Labor Contracts Under the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act
    • Staffing Levels and Changes
  • Information technology including: 
    • Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
    • Internal Information Technology Services
  • Risk management which includes:
    • Bonds and Insurance
    • Liability Claims Against the County
    • Unemployment Claims
    • Worker's Compensation Claims
